Refund policy

• Before it ships: email support@cevict.ai any time and we refund your $5 pre-order in full. No questions asked.
• If we cancel: if fewer than 3 pre-orders arrive by October 30, 2026, we cancel the project and refund every pre-order in full without you needing to ask.
• If we're late: if the service hasn't shipped by December 1, 2026, we refund every pre-order in full without you needing to ask.
• After it ships: if it doesn't work for your Ghost site within your first 30 days (the period your pre-order covers), email us for a full refund of that month. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and won't renew; we don't pro-rate partial months unless required by law.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
